Lemon Cake

  • 2 boxes of vanilla cake( I make 3 ..9”cakes just in case one cracks. 😂🤣)

  • lemon zest (To your liking)

  • lemon juice

  • vanilla icing


Once The cakes cool, put them into the freezer for as long as you’d like. I had mine in for 2 hours. This makes icing them smooth With our crumbs and breakage. The colder the cake, the better!!!


Ice the center first to lock the other cake on top!
